I am a fifth year in the Curry School of Education. I had roommates then I had one roommate, now I have NO roommates, lol lol! The apartment lease begins tomorrow (Aug. 7) and I will be moving in tomorrow as well. So if you could respond asap I would really appreciate bc I NEED a FEMALE roommate! The rent is $600 a month but it is negotiable. The following are a few more details about the place.

Here's the info for the apartment:

*It's BEAUTIFUL!! Hard wood floors in the living room, carpeted bathrooms, spacious closets, washer/dryer, and a balcony.
* There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms
* The lease term is August 7,2007 to May 22, 2008
* The monthly rent is $1119 (which is divided between the two of us)
* The August rent is reduced because the move in date is not the beginning of the month (August 7, 2007). Therefore, the rent for August will be $985.25 (which is divided between the two of us)
* We will receive $200 off the reduced rent making it $785.25 (again it will be divided between the two of us)
