There is a balcony off the living room, and the bedrooms and living room all have ceiling fans. Also, the apartment is on the top floor so there isn't any overhead noise (and we have a few skylights)!

The rent is around $650 plus some utilities and parking (in a covered, attached garage).

Ideally, another group would take over the current lease, but we also have two bedrooms if you are a single or two friends!
