Will be fully furnished - really comfortable queen bed, bureau, dining set, fully stocked kitchen, suede loveseat, offices have desks + chairs + bookshelves, etc. Bathroom has full bathtub. Tons of closet and storage space! Fireplace, hardwood floors throughout. Everything was repainted, renovated this year right before we moved in, so is in great shape. (One level below has a basement apt with a quiet female resident; she has a separate entrance out back, so you literally don't know the apartment is there.)

Super-close to UVA central grounds, the hospital, and the "corner" area; plus less than 5 min drive to the Downtown Mall. Also less than 10 min drive to the law school campus on North Grounds.

Driveway for off-street parking, but street parking is free and unlimited. Really sweet and attentive landlord. Huge backyard - great for summertime!
