There are two bedrooms available in an unfurnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment on Preston Ave. (Preston Square Apartments). One large bedroom has a private bath, while the other is slightly smaller and the bathroom is off of the hallway. There is a nice kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, etc. and a sizable living room with a dining area. A residential laundry facility is adjacent to the building. The Madison/Preston bus stop for the orange, blue, and grounds loop routes is right next to the apartment complex! The apartment is available from May 20 to August 5. Rent is $880 total or $440 per room. This includes all utilities but electricity (we've never paid >40/month total). Rent will be prorated for the months of May and August.
