2008-2009 Female Roommates wanted, $310/per room/per month

My two current roommates will be moving out of Charlottesville this summer so I am looking for two female roommates to share a 3-BR, 1.5 bath house. One room will cost $310/month, and the other will be $280/month. Rent includes water & garbage. We will split utilities (gas + electricity), which will be about $40-$80/per month/per person (depending on season). High speed Internet is about $18/month/per person.

+ Location: Arlington Boulevard (2 floors: kitchen, dining and living rooms on 1st floor, 3 bedrooms on 2nd floor)
+ Shared big living room and kitchen.
+ Shared nice and clean bathroom.
+ Rooms are unfurnished and each has walk-in closet.
+ 10 minutes walking distance to Darden Business School and UVA Law School .
+ 5 minutes walking distance to Barracks Road Shopping Center .
+ Right on the UVA blue bus line and close to green bus line that could take you to the central ground.
+ Free parking in front of the house.
Lease starts in July 2008. You are expected to sign a one-year lease (ending in June 2009) and pay deposit money directly to the landlord, who is a nice and responsive lady.
About me: female, Asian, young working professional, single, easy-going, fairly quiet and laid back.
Looking for: mature and responsible female roommates, non-smokers. Sorry, pets are not allowed!
