I need to sell my housing contract and am looking for someone to take over my lease. I live on 1201 Gordon Avenue (right next to Venable Elementary School) in a six bedroom house, with two bedrooms downstairs sharing one bathroom and 4 bedrooms upstairs sharing two bathrooms. I live on the bottom floor. We are currently all female, but wouldn't mind a male roommate. The rent is $435 a month plus utilities. We have a kitchen, living room, large deck for socializing, laundry room and a huge parking lot (5+ cars).
