Hey! We two third year girls living at 1815 JPA next year and we are looking for two roomates for the 2008-2009 school year to live in the large back room.

- We have a 52 inch flatscreen LCD HDTV with a complete surround sound stereo system in the front room.
- We have lived here for 2 years so we get a discount on rent compared to the other tenants of the building
- THIS IS CHEAPER THAN LIVING AT LAMBETH OR ANYWHERE ELSE ON GROUNDS!
- the only utilities that have to be paid are water and power. Internet, cable come with the apartment.
- we have 4 parking spots between the 5 of us and the option of buying an extra one.

-We would prefer girls, but do not completely object to the idea of living with boys.
- Great for transfer students or 2nd/3rd years.
