Hi, my roommate and I are looking for two chicks to take our Bice housing contracts for the 2008-2009 school year. You will be required to put down a $100 deposit upon signing the contract, and then rent is $4290 for the academic year (I divided this price by 8 months, reaching the monthly rent approximately).
