I'm looking to lease a two bedroom apartment with my girlfriend on Brandon Ave (we're both UVa students), and we need someone to take the second bedroom. The lease begins in June of 2008. The apartment's specs and amenities can be seen at . We will be adopting a small dog this summer, but we will take care of all costs and deposits. We will stay in the slightly bigger bedroom, and will pay a larger share of apartment's total rent. Utilities arrangements are certainly negotiable.
