I'm looking to sublet my room over the summer. The apartment is on 2108 JPA, it has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Rent is about $370 a month per person plus utilities. There's a washer and dryer in the apartment, as well as a balcony. It's on the 2nd floor, so only one set of stairs to climb up. The apartment will be mostly furnished over the summer.
