I'm looking to sublease my apartment over the summer, there are also 2 extra bedrooms in the apt as well, if you'd like to sublease with some friends. I'm willing to negotiate with the rent, it's usually about 365 with utilities, which comes out to about 400 per person. UForums is on Ivy Road, right behind the 7-11 and its close to grounds.
